Happy New Year to all. It seems a typical new year day with overcast skies and wind. We are going over to Barb and Jim's today for some soup.
Barb, Ron and I all went to my follow up appointment yesterday as we had several questions. Well, the office was closed so I guess they forgot to tell me. I was able to talk to the doctor on call but basically I have to call back on Monday and reschedule. Par for the course.
I decided I have to start thinking like Joel Osteen (televangelist on t.v.) and start thanking God for how I am going to feel. So, 2010 will be the best year ever. Feel good, be well, and lots of visits to family!

HAPPY NEW YEAR ! ....rest assured that 2010 will 'rock' ! You have already begun your new journey. Getting out and about will wear you out and as long as you dont over due it you'll be fine. By chance did doc tell you not to push a grocery cart ? The reason I'm asking is when I did it about tore me up ...I had the worst sore belly for along time.I did'nt ask doc ,I just did it .But shopping is a good form of walking and its not as boring as 1o trips up and down the driveway . Sounds like your doing awesome and with each passing week you will find your muck stronger then the week before.And with each passing month your gonna need new cloths ! WHOOT WHOOT !!! No pain ,no gain :) I hate that quote...but its true :)I so love that you blog.And taking a picture of you atleast once a month in same place ,say at home you will be amazed to see the difference . I'm so happy for you Lib.You are going to feel and look like a new woman .And not to mention that your health will improve greatly. I;m proud of you and I wish I could be there and take those walks with ya .Your in my thoughts and am praying for you as well .Heres an angel to walk with you ~^~ Tell her to slow down if she moves too fast ;).Love ya & miss ya xxxxx hugs a bunch !
