Today's surgery went well. The carcinoid was very small, less that 1 cm. The doctor said it was very unusual to be in her stomach, but they were able to get it laproscopically using one of the original incisions.
They expect her to be able to come home tomorrow.
Right now she is in the recovery room. Will update you again soon!
