surgery update

The doctor's office finally called and I am to report for surgery at 9:30. That most likely means my surgery will not start until quite a bit later. If there are any setbacks from the surgeries before mine then that will push my time back. There will also be registration, then wait, go back to preop then wait, get i.v. started, then wait, talk to the doctor, then wait, talk to anesthesiologist, then wait........etc. So, Ron will spread the word after surgery. Thanks to all my family and friends for their support. And curses to all the food and restaurant commercials...ha!

    Lib is in surgery as we speak. We have had one call from the operating room saying all was well... she was in a very positive mood this morning. I am so proud of her. Keep praying.... Barb

    Doc said lots of scar tissue from her previous surgery but went well. She was in surgery longer than we expected but that was due to the scar tissue. She has been up and walking. She is pretty sore... too be expected. Still hoping to come home today.
