Time sure flies! I am so ready to plant some flowers. I went looking at Lowe's and Home Depot but they did not have a big selection yet. I am being impatient for the good weather. I just do not want it to go from 50 to 90 degrees.
Barb and I are going to have a garage sale either next week end or the following weekend. Stay tuned for details and tell all your friends!
I have been feeling very good. I weighed myself at work and "unofficially" I am up to 60 lbs lost. I do not have near as much pain in my knees and back which is so great. I am walking more and we are doing a program at work that encourages everyone to walk more. They are giving us pedometers to track our steps. The office with the most wins bragging rights and maybe a plaque. Anyway, it's an excuse to get away from my desk and move more.
I am looking forward to the return of the humming birds.............Above is a picture from one year ago.
I am so proud of you for posting a picture. Good stuff!!! :) Congrats on the 60#...that's great! You're moving right along, and I am SOOOOO happy that the pain is going away along with the weight. That is going to be one of the most motivating things for you, I am sure. We need to hang out soon...miss you!

ReplyDeleteHello ! " 60 " is fantastic !!! I know you must need new clothes by now , if not sooner. Shopping can be soo fun .I went to the second hand stores and the Goodwill .Why pay more when they are going to be falling off you soon.And if you see something in a size smaller and you really want it , get it and hang it where you see it often ...its a good goal getter :) Your angel ~*~ has her new spring sneakers ! ..they have a flower garden print on them @~; Love ya and CoNgRaTs !!!
