Oh, what pretty snow! Kind of chilly though, huh? The birds are being very attentive to my feeder this morning.
I have had an energy spurt lately and done a lot of cleaning. It feels like normal to me. I was supposed to have my 6 week post op appointment but my boss made me cancel due to staffing issues and told me to reschedule. Then, I rescheduled and she told me that would not work either. Does anyone need a good nurse? I am looking.
I really wanted to talk with my doctor because I do not feel that I am losing like I should. I asked my support group and got loads of ideas but now I am worried that I messed up. Everyone seems to have had different instructions, to some degree, anyway. I will just have to wait and see. In the meantime I am going to try different protein shakes again. Maybe, I am not getting enough protein.
